People working at the hotel are fantastic! Breakfast is very good. Heated pool is nice. Location is good. Rooms are a good size. Beds are very comfortable. Panera and Jimmy Johns are right next door. 15 minutes to the beach.

While I appreciated that breakfast was being offered, I was a little disappointed in some of the items being served. Hashbrowns were either over cooked and hard or undercooked. The hardboiled eggs being offered were soggy as if they had been packaged too long. The Hostess was extremely pleasant and willing to help out in any way she could. The attractions, such as Captain Memo's Pirate Cruise was fantastic! Designed for families and kids. A definite do again. The Dolphin Encounters adventure was a lot of fun as well. Spending the day at Clearwater Beach was great and relaxing. Enjoyed our trip very much.

staff is excellent and an incredible customer service. breakfast is good and maybe is not amazing but great if you have kids because has everything you need for them. very close to restaurants, Publix is at 1 minute walking and in front of the property there’s a Panera.

It was clean. Breakfast was great and the servers were excellent and friendly. One guy came out to tell us the pool will shut down if thunder started and he was super friendly about it. The room is nice. Had dishes that were washed in the dishwasher when we got there. Overall great stay and I would definitely stay there again.
